Compared with the general traditional mechanical processing factory, the production mode belongs to a large quantity and the machine model is single. We have a variety of process equipment, including milling machines, lathes, fitters, waterjets, EDW, EDM, CMM. Milling machine equipment includes the vertical milling machine, gantry five-axis milling machine, and the new five-axis simultaneous processing machine. Lathe equipment includes traditional lathes, medium-sized lathes, large-scale lathes, and turn-mill machines. The fitter equipment includes EDW, EDM, welding, painting. The production materials range from aluminum alloy 6061, 7075, iron S15C, S45C, stainless steel 304, 316 to aerospace-grade nickel alloy, and using CMM to accomplish the various needs of customers.
